Question Turbo Dusted?

So i have no play side to side in the blade but can anyone tell by looking at the photo if my turbo is dusted? Not the greatest picture, sorry.

Looks fine to me. Touch the fins if they feel rugged it injested some dirt if sharp and smooth youll be alright.

not the best picture, but here's the turbo from when I had a 7.3. Yes, the engine did have a lot of blowby. The stock air filter box was leaking.

Z31freakify - So i went out and ran my finger along the edges. I think they are okay but it's hard to tell if they are smooth. after all the work i have done on this beast my fingers are so torn up i couldnt tell a babies butt from a pine cone. haha

It only has 170K on it. I really dug into the rebuild about a month or so ago. Was having power issues and it needs new glow plugs. i think the power issue is fuel starvation. I am planning on dropping both fuel tanks and cleaning the filters. I've also pulled the fuel bowl for a complete rebuild.

Should I also pull out the banjo lines? Can they be cleaned out or do I have to replace them?
