The turbo seems to cheap. You know what they say, if it's to good to be true, it probably isn't.
I just paid 1495.00 for a new TN BB turbo, and it was a deal. I wonder if it is really a BB turbo. I wish they had a pic of the back of the turbo to see if there is braces or not. I think the non BB has no braces on the back plate of the turbo. My turbo has braces.
He has a good feedback score. Pin him down with questions. Make him show you the pictures you want. Ask him the questions through the eBay message system so you have proof on what he says. Ebay will help you if his description of the product is a lie. PayPal offers help also if he has misrepresented the product description with their buyer protection. Make sure you ask all the tough questions. One is why are you getting rid of it with such low miles. Do you guarantee it to be in perfect operational order, and so on.
I never been burned on Ebay yet... but I only buy things sparingly. A turbo??? I don't think I would unless it was new and even then. I'd rather give a fellow FTE member my $$$.

Good Luck........
We sent a late 7.3 turbo by UPS that cost us around $26, IIRC. That didn't include packing and "delivery".
