leg fatigue

I have a 2007 f150 super crew cab with a front bench seat. After driving for less than 2 hours my right leg is killing me. I try to use cruise control as much as possible but it does not help. I have the seat as far back as it will go. I have tried putting a folded towel under my leg but that does not help either. Any ideas?

In both instances here you're putting more pressure on your leg. Sounds like you need to take the pressure off.

Take away the towel and move the seat up. Get your leg to bend more to take pressure away.

Or I could be way off. Can you describe the pain a bit more? I'm only guessing based on what you have attempted as remedies so far.

Seats in these trucks are not the most comfortable. They're like sitting on a brick. Try buying one of those foam wedge cushions, they work pretty good. Ford did not do a good job with the ergonomics in this series of 150's IMO.
