Here's the whole kit. You could just get the 6637 and a short length of 3"pvc and that would work too.

Dunno if I'm too late on this but if you're running the T-500 you shouldn't need a high pressure oil crossover line. The higher volume from the HPOP will do the job for you already.

I haven't bought the parts yet, I'm still working through the details of what all to get, adrenaline vs T500 etc.
