Dash and panels or Body?
For the dash and panels I took off my dash to use the back for a color sample, went down to the local SEM dealer and he freaking nailed it!
Unfortunately I've only done a test panel and not the truck, life (or lack thereof) got in the way!

Try this: Interior Paint - ???Gary's Garagemahal. Oh, and you'll need to decode your certification label here: http://www.garysgaragemahal.com/cert...ion-label.html, although there was only one blue that year.

I just replaced the dash panels and door panels the ones I got are light blue. I want my interior to be Light blue . Do you know what paint matches?

The only way to know what color they are supposed to be is to know what truck they came from. As shown on my web site, there were 4 different blues used in the 7 years.
However, even if you knew what color the panels were, they aren't that color any more. So a match to the original color will not be a perfect match today. Your best bet is to paint all the interior plastic with the color you want it to be.
