Rained a bunch on my drive to Kelowna today. Took a new to me road that you may know Ian, Westside road. What a blast!

 

Nice and sunny for now, supposed to rain this afternoon, hope it holds off til the evening.

Good morning Alberta, rain all week here in the forecast..

 

Morning folks. I'm back from my second last vacation of the summer. I guess that's the benefit of being underemployed, I have a lot of vacation time.

Anyway, once I store my trailer this afternoon, I will be done with that temporary GMC tow rig I have been driving this summer, and It's already up for sale.

Hopefully this weather holds off until suppertime and I can get a decent day in, on the wrap up side of this fence project and just want it done.

 

Very cool here with showers starting Wednesday, combines will be sitting.

Hello John, sure is chilly here today, sporadic rain doesn't help. Guess I'm going to have to sit back and relax all day.

 

I didn't do too much today and tomorrow I need to go get some more supplies to carry on with this paint job, I used more paint than I thought so need to pick up more so I can blend it with what I have.. here's a pic of the box to show the wood with the color, still need to put a finish on the boards and still have lots to paint...

 

Frost on the windshield this morning. Guess it's time to winterize the irrigation and swap to winter windshield washer fluid.

A real good chance of frost on the pumpkin here by tomorrow morning.
