New Shocks all round and is About to Go into the Paint Booth for a nice Candy Apple Red Paint Job.
It's rough, clear is peeling in a few places, and the fenders I repainted 2 years ago. So 20 year old paint and 2 fresh fenders look slightly off for my tastes.
Happy Summer Albertans, friends, neighbors, strangers, and most importantly, strange Albertans.
The paint on that flareside is TOO nice for my tastes. Let alone after it's painted again. But then again, I'm the reason my family can't have nice things.
Kids will be out of school after this friday. For me that means a bunch of hassle with daycamps and other alternate care arrangements.

New home owner seems to be okay, havent had much time to sit and chat with him. Hes going on vacation in July so that gives me time to rearrange the yard and get the shop up, may have some fencing to do and a chain link roller gate to install. Get to fix the roof in August and I have my eyes open for windows. Its been spelled out to this guy that the next tenant upstairs had better be a normal person and not some mindless moron , drunk or drug addict.

We've had some much-needed rain in the last few days, which is nice. Even when it interrupts my walks, it's nice, because it's been so dry. Check out this chart of the bow river level! We're right in the heart of high-flow season, and it's flow half of normal volume. Not sure if all the hydro dams upstream are doing something to change the flow, but I haven't heard of anything.
