Anthony Hoist
I have an Anthony Hoist on my 1952 F-6 that is leaking fluid from the hydraulic pump attached to the PTO. Does anyone have experience changing the seal? Image is upside down.

To me that looks like a nut that you would tighten. Could it have packing in there that you tighten down with the nut? Dennis

The two rams on my truck are like that. Gotta have a fancy wrench or spanner to tighten though. A hydraulics shop should have the wrench.

Yep, looks like a packing nut to me. Looks like someone may have used a punch on it at one or more times.
Edit: A strap wrench should work to adjust that nut.
