here's a link to the adapter. If you shop around you can find one cheaper.

Is the valve fixed in place? Doesn't make much sense, if it goes bad, you have to replace the whole passenger side fuel rail.

Thinking it needs a bung welded into the side of the pan somewhere, but that seems like a pain in the a$$.

I have a remote oil filter on mine so I simply put the temp sender in the extra port coming out of the block.

I made this for another project. If the adapter didn't have extra ports, this could be an option. Other than that, welding a bung in the pan may be your only option.

Thanks! I think I'm gonna delete my oil filter sandwich cooler and go with a remote filter kit with dual FL-1A filters. There should be a port for a sending unit on those.

There is. I've had one of these on both of my SBFs & the un-used outlet is perfect for a temp bung.

Not sure on a 460, but can't you go aftermarket regulator with a pressure port (for gauge) on a stock rail?

And that is NOT what this thread was about, it was about a 92+ 460

You can replace the core just like in a tire valve stem. There is not a whole lot to go bad there

Yes. Typically aftermarket adjustable regulators have a spot to tap in for a gauge
