Side View Mirror
What components will I damage if I try to remove the cracked side view mirror? Ordering a simple pain of mirror from the local mirror store is simple. Removing and installing may be tricky depending on the components behind the mirror.

This is the reason I let the glass company install the glass in my mirror. If something broke, they would replace it. Basically, the glass snaps into the motor. If you mess up the motor, you buy a new mirror.
