When you do a custom order, through your dealer, they should be able to over ride the order on a Short bed 2*4. Get the fifth wheel prep, it cuts the holes for both fifth wheel rails under bed mounts, and gooseneck and adapt from there to the B&W. Then you get the in bed 7 pin plug. If your ordering, make sure to get your dealer to do the Linux bed liner on site, otherwise the wait is longer for your truck I hear. There is no reason why a crew short bed in that trim can't be done. If your dealer wants a sale, they will work it out.
