I took my hpop apart today to clean it since my oil cooler went out. I was putting everything back together when I found a small white ball. I have no clue where it came from. Any help?
I'm sure someone knowledgeable will help out. I hope you don't mind me asking but I'm curious why you have an aux engine oil cooler. What kind is it and why do you need it? How is it plumbed in? I'm in the desert SW and sometimes tow my Bronco when it's 90 - 100 outside and have never had an overheating issue. I can't recall anyone on here having an overheating issue when the cooling system is OK.
i dont have an auxiliary oil cooler. An o-ring went out in my stock oil cooler and my coolant and oil mixed and clogged up both the cooling and oil system so I decided to pull the hpop and clean that out.
Wish I could help. I've never taken a hpop apart, I'm not sure of anyone on here that has. Hopefully you can find an answer. Maybe you could email Joey at terminator engineering if nobody else has an answer, he builds them.
