InTech 4v in a 06 f150

So eventually I'm going to have to do an engine swap in my truck. It's an 06 f150 lariat Supercrew. I'm wondering if the 5.4 4v (intech) is more less a direct replacement to a 5.4 triton 3v. I've heard they have the same blocks just different heads. Don't know if thats true or not. The expedition and f150 have similar frames and the navigator (came with the 5.4 4v in the early 2000's) is just a fancier expedition with a lincoln emblem slapped on it. So if i could get away from the cam phasers (and add a higher hp engine) that'd be great. If all else fails I'll just keep getting the timing chain set/cam phasers replaced. I'm driving that truck until the frame falls apart.

No, it is not a direct replacement. Your 3v computer will not run that

Let me rephrase the question. Are the motor mounts the same?
