Ok guys....I swapped out a 360FE and installed a 460. Three wires run down the intake manifold : 1 White w Red stripe 2 Red w White stripe and last Red w green stripe. Can some one give me some direction on these three ?

That's the engine gauge feed harness.
The red/green goes to the + side of the ignition coil. The other two go to the oil pressure sender and the temp sender.
White w/ red stripe is oil pressure, red w/ white stripe water temp.

Thank you for the quick response. I'll take my time and connect with confidance.
One other question. I don't seem to have a receptacle to plug in my Neutral Cut-out switch from the C6 trans on the main wiring harness ? Was it off of the old Distributor that's long gone?
If you are, the NSS (it's also the backup light switch) Isn't in the engine compartment. On the '73-'77 models they're located on the topside of the steering column, under the dash, near the firewall. In '78 it was moved to the side of the transmission where the manual selector shaft comes out.
On your truck the plug for it is under the dash, near the steering wheel. It looks like one of those flat trailer light plugs with four wires.

OK, that makes sense. What I'll do is look up under my dash and see if the trailer (type) receptacle is there. If so I'll need to get the proper one for the 74.
