I went to a wrecking yard the other day and saw a nice set of rims on a 2002 Ranger but couldn't get them due to it having some stupid locking lugs nuts and no key!
i have heard that you can chisel them down the middle. As in put the chisel where you would put the wrench and hammer away. Use a big sledge and watch your fingers. Another option might be a big (I mean big) pair of vice grips or a pipe wrench depending on the space you have to work and how stuck they are.

Is there anyway to remove them?
Look in the glove box for the special McGard socket for the locking nuts. It may also be wired to the lug wrench.
I once bought a car that had on locking lug nuts and didn't come with the special key. I pounded on a socket from Harbor Freight on each lug nut and turned them all off. The socket cracked and I could have taken it in for a new one, but they are so cheap I decided just to buy a replacement instead of making them foot the bill. I suppose a six-sided deep impact might have worked better, but I'll probably never know now.
Check on youtube for an example of what Kruse said. I have seen a video where the 'special' nuts made zero difference. There are also sockets that are designed to grab onto rounded nuts and bolt heads, and will only loosen as the inside has 'teeth' that angle to grab the rounded head. They might work also.
Just hammer a socket onto the 'locking' nut, and it should come off.
