Hey FTE I just got some 04 H-D wheels and I want to add some difficulty for any (unlikely) theft since they are awesome and hard to find. Any suggestions for good ones that everyone and their mom doesn't already have a key for?
Any of them will keep honest people from stealing but any street kid knows how to defeat the best of locking lug nuts, they don’t take any longer to remove them a standard nut.... just pound on a undersize 12 point socket and they come right off.

Are your plans to run the new to you H-D 18"s with the special H-D center caps and exposed chrome nuts or with the standard nuts and caps?
Unfortunately anything mankind makes, mankind can find a way to defeat. I have the rotating ones on my Jeep. I think they're fine, you would really need something to cut off the spin ring before you can grab onto the lug-nut, which takes the quickness out of the thievery.
What year is your EX? Early ones, pre '03 have the coarse lug threads and later rigs, like the '04 those wheels came from have the fine threaded lugs.
Those wheels are designed to use a floating washer faced lug nut like our EX came with originally except that they are closed end and all chrome.
