Most Ford dealerships will have the correct equipment.
None of the local Ford dealerships in my area have the heated flush machine. Almost all of the area dealerships have those Quick Lane service places that I really don't trust.
Ford says the tranfer case fluid in our '09 Flex is life-time, never needing replacement. Doesn't even have a drain plug. But what a farce that is. It's very common in the Flex community to have transfer case (or PTU) issues. Had it changed shortly after we bought it with 124,000 miles on it and it looked like tar coming out. I have zero faith in any type of life-time fluid in any vehicle.
