Power Door Locks
Has anyone had their power door locks go haywire at times ? Sometimes mine just start jumping up and down by them self . Usually when the key in the run position and the left door is open. If I am on the outside and close the door it will stop in the lock position causing me to get locked out a couple times having to call AAA . I'm thinking maybe lock module .
And sometimes the remote key fob don't work lock or unlock

I had a Volvo that did that, it was a short in the wiring to the power lock switch inside the door. I took off the door panel and there was an obvious chafe where the harness passed through the metal of the door. I re-insulated the wires and wrapped it with a piece of old radiator hose tied on with zippy ties and never had any more problems with it.
Another chafe point could be at the door hinge area where the wires pass from the truck body into the door.
