Control Panel > System and Security > Review Computer Status >Action Center. Lower left hand corner find "windows update"; when that page opens look for View Update History. The resulting list will include everything MS has downloaded with its KB number.
I look at the last two digits first for the affected items to be removed. There is almost never two or more KB numbers that are even closely similar. Remove the numbers shared here.
Honestly, from a sys admin perspective (or one who oversees sys admins), the worst part of Windows 8.1/8 and Windows 10 has been the metro apps. It can be a pain in the behind to remove them. And I have noticed once remove they sometimes come back whether removed via powershell command or right-click uninstall.
If we wanted to upgrade all computers to Enterprise, we could probably handle this via group policy.
