Fan Speed Sensor?

So my fan speed sensor popped up on Torque. I almost never hear the engine fan in the first place. But once in a while I do. I've only ever heard it when I'm laden with enough weight to really strain the engine. It sounds like a freight train when it does kick on. Should I be worried? I've done the EGR delete. New oil cooler. 4" straight pipe from turbo to just behind the cab. 130k on the works. 6spd manual.

Do you have the egr valve plugged in to the Harness

I know you said it deleated but we still need EGR Valve plugged IN for proper operation of the Fan

the Fan speed steps up or down depending on temps ECT TFT EOT ambient air temp or A/C Vehicle speed MPH

Holy crap. I've had my egr valve unplugged for over a year now. The shop that deleted my egr valve and cooler said I didn't need it. The kit he got came with a pipe for the redirect. And a block off plate.

remove the Plate and install it in manifold then plug it in OR some just plug in and Lay it in there without bolting it in the intake manifold

It Fools the PCM

Iv got the same style EGR Deleate as you just my EGR valve is installed in manifold and plugged in because its Cleaner look and I didn't want it bouncing around

No. My dash cluster was replaced and wasn't programed. Just as built data from ford. My speedometer reads 5 mph fast. And the 4x4 light don't come on. Nor does the CEL.

However the PCM still reads the correct speed. The dash don't. I don't get it.

I bet you have a DTC stored that you may know about.
Unless a tune has been flashed into the PCM.
