Anybody know what those 2 hoses coming from the air cleaner are? I'm missing the top hose on my 2002 f150 5.4l 4x4. I tried asking the local auto parts store but without a part number or picture of the hose they can't tell me. I know they're both pre-molded hoses. Also where does each hose go to? I kinda rigged a hose to fit the one that's missing but my truck surges at idle and then slowly drops rpms then finally stalls. So I was thinking a vacuum leak. Also, is this hose something that I need to get from Ford because Advance was thinking it is a PCV hose and they nor Autozone carry that hose only the elbow for it. Any help or info appreciated.
Oh, the reason I ask where they go is because I think I may have the two mixed up.
I looked on my 98 and they come off close to the throttle body. The bottom one to the PCV and the top back to the IAC. The top one runs to a can{muffler/ check valve?} about as big as a Vienna Weiner can first. Hope this helps. Don't think you need to have a plastic pipe there, use a vacuum rated hose maybe.

Thanks for the info. You wouldn't happen to have the part # for the hose that goes to valve cover would ya?
