Throttle Body Elbow?

I had this posted in the Super Duty section, but probably should have came here since this is for V10s only..

I have a vacuum leak. The hose is wrapped in duct tape in this picture:

Does anyone know the part number? I found this, but it includes more than I think I would need:

In this pic you can see exactly where the hose has a hole and collapsed on itself:

I recently checked mine ,surprisingly it was OK. If I had to replace mine here is my back-up plan .

Approx. a foot of ID= 3/4" hose from an automotive store (like heater hose) , a brass reducer from 3/4" to 3/8" (barbed ends) , then a 3/8" ID hose to the PCV valve (clamps on all joints ) .

I could not come up with any reason why I should have a 90 degree elbow there . So, I would eliminate it ( and the potential source of future problem) entirely .

Good luck,

A local dealer gave me the part number F8UZ-6762-AA. They didn't have it in stock so i cross referenced that to a part available at Napa Auto Parts. It wasn't the correct hose. Looking at pictures of this part# on Google Images has me questioning if this is correct...

The hose I need is bigger on the end that connects by the throttle body and smaller where it connects to the coupler for the PCV hose.

I need to find the correct part ASAP... the truck is no longer driveable. The duct tape let loose....

Help please!
