On the plus side for RockAuto: order parts for a Grand Marquis "semi-restoration". We got around to installation way past the return time frame. The parts were made wrong (China) from the company. Emailed customer service explaining the problem. Within 2 hours I was given credit back to my credit card and did not have to ship the defective parts back.
I am frankly surprised this discussion continued in public. This should be a private convo until something gets worked out. Nobody likes to see their "food" skinned and gutted.

Me too. And really, They're no cheaper than any other place that sells Chinese repro parts. But, Given how "convenient" their "catalog" system is, If I didn't know better, I would totally use them. I'm just glad brute got everything taken care of. Standing your ground and not letting people run you over and being an ******* are two different things. If it happened to me, I would of done the same thing honestly. But I would never think a "sponsor" or "business" would of thrown "assumptions" out in the open or carried on private matters openly either.
And now, EVERYONE in the world can see that and google does pickup usernames in forums from time to time so when someone googles "RockAuto", This thread could come up.

How ya figure?
I tried a private convo, they basically told me to F-off, out in public like this was the only way to get their attention.
