Your order is outside of 30 days, so it falls under warranty. The warranty policy states, "Warranties offer only replacement of the defective part with another part: no cash refunds and no reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs or other expenses"
RockAuto made an exception to this by allowing you to return the part for a store credit. We are also reimbursing your original shipping.
I'm sorry you're not satisfied with what we have to offer. You have the return instructions if you choose to return the part, and RockAuto will honor the store credit as stated.

30 days from when, answer that, if this is your so called policy, or is it just 30 days from whenever it has to be to keep from refunding?
Your "policy" also says the exception is if the "catalog information is incorrect" clearly it is.
So you're going to stick to one of your VERY vague "policies", but not the other?
I've sent an email to the customer service representative I've been talking to at Doorman asking her to contact the above person at RockAuto to confirm that the catalog information is incorrect. This should satisfy their "policy" and allow me a complete refund including shipping.
The 30 day period starts when your order ships. I confirmed with Dorman that the listing is correct for your vehicle, and there have been no fitment problems in the past. I'm very sorry that's not the case with the part you received.

You opted for a reshipment for the first damaged one which was fine. By the time you wanted to return the replacement, two additional months had passed.
I called and spoke to a technician at Dorman who confirmed fitment. If Dorman is telling you different information via email, please let me know.
I called Jim back and spoke to him about this more thoroughly. He searched his records again and said there was one other situation like yours, but this is not a cataloging issue. He compared it against the OE number, and it is correct.
A part not fitting is frustrating, so we are very sorry. Given what we know, the solution we have provided is appropriate.
Doorman asked for a detailed explanation, so I made a vid, uploading as I type this.
I want to add however, RockAuto isn't ripping me off, I'm a Jerk, I get wanting to rip me off. They are ripping off my mother. This car belongs to my 68 year old mother on social security. Cause of this mess she was left with poorly working wipers in Seattle longer then she should have been and is still short the $60.63 she paid for this part. This isn't my money it's my mothers. All this effort and bad will for RockAuto to deprive an old woman on social security who is too nice and honest for her own good of $60.63.

Jim is wrong, but Doorman has been pretty cool about this in my conversations with them, YOU are the problem here.
Well I did my first YouTube upload, let's see if it works. I made it to explain the problem to Doorman, but I think it's worth while to post here as well.

I'm sorting this part out with Doorman as you've left me no choice. YOU really can't know one way or the other.

Here you are patronizing again, who does that actually work on? The bigger point however is that clearly I know more. Well everything except how to employ my entire family by ripping off old ladies.
I'm also thinking that the first one I received that was damaged was evidence that I'm not alone in this. On that one it appeared that someone had previously tried to install it and the bushing that is the problem was broken.
