Tailgate Part Availability
90 250 Lariat XLT
My tailgate is pretty bad so I picked one up yesterday at a local wrecking yard ($137.50). Anyhow, one of the plastic extensions on the aluminum Ford trim piece is broken. There are three that slide onto the back of the panel; the screws on the back side of the tailgate screw into these plastic struts and hold the trim panel on. See photos.
I checked LMC and NPD to no avail. Other than wrecking yards is there any source for these pieces? Thanks.

At one time Ford sold the attaching parts by themselves (shown as two circled letters in pic), don't know if Carpenter does.

Thanks to all. My panel is sorta OK so I just need the attaching brackets. I'm going to get some from eBay.
Forgot about Carpenter. I used to have a 67 for many years and I would get stuff from them.
