Is there anywhere to get paint matched door handle covers? I have the chrome ones on my 15 FX4 and would like to put white ones on to match the buckets and the rest of my truck. Not a big fan of cheap plastic chrome. Thanks.

 

Depends on trim. Chrome trim = chrome door handles. Sport trim = color matched. I like the color matched. YMMV.

What do they do when one gets in an accident? Maybe talk to a body shop for a source?

 

You can but them at the Ford dealer parts counter. Or you can Plastidip them.

Chances are the Ford parts ones need to be painted too. They likely come unpainted or chrome. So just take your truck to a body shop and have them repaint your factory handles.
