6.4 engine missing with SCT tunes

6.4 engine missing with SCT tunes
A friend of mine purchased a SCT for his 2010 6.4 truck. Problem is that when driving around 70-75mph it has a engine miss. Any ideas of what this is? Anyone had this before?

No codes so far. Funny thing is that when you reload tune it goes away for first 100 miles or so then returns. Were trying to find another tuner to reload with H&S or something just to see if its tune related. I agree seems like a injector issue but funny it started a few weeks after installing the SCT
