Sct tuner

I have a 08 Ford F 350 and the DPF has failed I have a SCT x4 tuner I have removed the DPF and my question is when the DTC's come up which tune do I use to make this truck run and or Do you just delete the Codes? Or simply select street tune for instance.

There should be tunes available that read something like "DPF OFF" tuning or "DPF ON" tuning. I've never used a SCT x4 and I'm assuming they have DPF OFF tunes. It should be clear though.

So...install any of the "DPF OFF" tunes and you shouldn't have any codes being thrown.

I would probably call the place you bought the tuner or SCT for help to make sure you have a tuner with tunes that will turn the DPF off.
