12 volt conversion

I am in the process of converting the 6V system to 12V on my 1946 pickup. I have replaced the original wiring with all new harnesses. I have replaced all lighting with 12v bulbs, new alternator; I have also installed electronic voltage reducers on the Fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge and temperature gauge. I have included a picture of the back of the instrument cluster.
I am not sure if this is the correct installation of the electronic voltage reducers. There are three small boxes at the end of the cluster I think they are some sort of breaker. They are labeled H-B-A can someone explain what these small boxes are?
