Need injector help bad!!

I drove it for a mile or two and it came back. Kinda at a loss to with the P0281 showing up now.

Ohm test confirmed number 7 injector is dead. Now get to spend a few hours on my vacation swapping out an injector. Could be worse I guess. Thanks for all the insight and quick responses. Always very appreciated.

Ended up dropping the truck off at D&R Island Tech on Big Pine Key, FL. Dustin was super awesome and got me up and running in one day. Very knowledgable and to the point (which is greatly appreciated). Saved me a 700 mile shipping charge to get the mistress back home. So all and all not how I planned my vacation but can think of worse places to break down at. At least being in the Florida Keys with the boat can ease the mind quickly.
