Regulated return???

I'm on the fence about installing a regulated return on my 6.0. I am looking to increase the life of my stock injectors. What are your thoughts?

The regulated return concept grew out of the 7.3l regarding its unique injector fuel supply issues, a noise refereed to as cackle. The 6.0L doesn't have the same head supply fault so for the 6.0L the main concern is the fuel supply pressure regulator spring fatiguing and the pressure not being regulated in the proper rate. If the spring does fatigue, the replacement blue spring replacement is the go to item to restore and supply a slight increase in provided pressure. IMO, on the 6.0L going to an aftermarket return system, dead ended or flow through, doesn't gain anything.

Monitoring the pressure to insure the system is working properly is the best thing you can modify on the fuel system side unless you have large flowing injectors, then it's a flow issue, not pressure.
