I currently have a stock 351w in my 68 f100. I would like to make around 300-350 horse power. Is this possible by upgrading the cam, intake manifold and carb. If so what combination of parts would you recommend. It is a flat tappet 351w . Thanks for any input.

You should look at the edelbrock kits. You can by them already matched for your engine.
If the truck has a worn and sloppy suspension, steering and brakes, I would suggest addressing and correcting these things before you bump up the power output of the engine.
A truck with a faster, more powerful engine won't be much fun if you can't keep it between the lines or bring it to a controllable stop quickly.
My suspension and brakes have all been upgraded. I also have power steering but the gear box has a small leak so I will be replacing that as well. Thank you all for your input.
