CCV bypass
Can anyone tell me what size plug I'll need to need to plug the hole in the intake tube when I do the CCV reroute?

Whatever size will plug the hole and not allow any leaks to occur

IIRC. 1" o.d.- 3/4 npt threaded pvc plug and a clamp does the trick.

I didn't know what a CCV reroute was until I saw this thread and then found another giant thread by Riggz from 2008.

I'm really interested in this because i've seen oil in my cac tubes and intake and wondered why that was.
If you don't mind me asking, are you going to use a filter or a catch can for the oil or vent to atmosphere?
If Filter, which one?

Mcrafty, I'm interested in doing this upgrade but not decided on which way to go. When you get yours done could you post some details about your mod and maybe some pics?

I haven't had nor will have time to do much of anything to the truck for a while, but when I do I'll let you know what I find out.
