Front brake line routing?

I have a '49 F1, firewall mounted dual power master and a jag ifs. There's a few ways to run the lines on the firewall. Where are you guys running running it ?
High, low, in the middle?

I guess it depends on where you put your booster and proportioning valve.

I like it that way. Looks like it would keep the lines a little cooler.

I ran the front brake line to the passenger side along the front cross member under the rad like Dave, above.

Use a large socket or pipe to make a few coils in the lines between the master and frame to allow for cab/frame movement. Placing the lines on the rear of cross members is usually a good idea - broken belts less likely to snag them, less chance of road debris damage or something squashing them from above.

Really good tips, once I get my firewall cleaned up I'll get these in.
