In Waco you can buy houses all day long for $50K or less....You may not
like your neighbors or their DIY Pharmaceutical business. In Austin... nope..I don't think you could buy a mailbox here for that price.
I'm nudging around the used truck market - it's pretty amazing what trucks are priced at... I'm with Ross - looking for the $10K - $12K daily driver truck.
