Part search
Hey guys, I have been trying to install my new grill and I just cannot get it to fit right. I think some of the supports may have been bent out of shape at the sorry @&$&&&@ paint shop it has been at. The piece I'm looking at bolts across the top of the core support. Does anyone have a source for thi part? Or am I gonna need to do some junkyard hunting? And if so , does anyone know if it has to be 80-86 or if other years will work.

If you are talking about 8182 and 8183 in this (Radiator and Grille - Gary's Garagemahal) then the part #'s are as follows:
As for other years, no. The 1980 trucks were completely different than the 79's, and the 87's were very different from 86's - especially in the grille area.
- 1980 - 82: EOTZ 8182-A for the right hand, and E0TZ 8183—A for left hand
- 1983 - 86: EOTZ 8182-A for the right hand, and E3TZ 8183—B for left hand

Retainer (Grille Moulding Upper) is E0TZ 8B218-A. Same for 1980 - 86.
Brace (Hood Latch Support) 80/86 F100/350 — gas and diesel exc. extra cool radiator, U150
E4TZ 16864-A
I would go to a salvage rather than worry about buying them new. Anyway, good luck.

Thanks, I'm gonna go looking today. The local yard only has 3 and I don't know what shape they are in. At least now that I have part numbers I have options. You and some of the other guys on this forum have helped me so much, I would never have known how to get these numbers. Thank you so much.

1956 was the last year that Ford put actual part numbers on parts.
