backspace?

Im looking to put 33x12.5x15s on my truck. it has pro comp 2" leveling springs on the front and stock height in the back. I was thinking of getting some mickey thompson baja claw TTCs with american racing outlaw II rims. It says the rims have a 4" backspace will this work without causing to many issues with rubbing body, bumper, or radius arms?

F150? Or which one? If anything you'll rub on the bumper. I have the outlaws on mine with a 4 and it doesn't rub at all with 33x12.5

Every truck is different it seems. On my '90 stock 8" wheels had 4" backspacing and 31" tires on those caused rubbing on the trailing arm and sway bar at full steering lock. I had aftermarket wheels with 3.75" backspacing that did not rub with 31's, I'd say to be safe you would want no more than 3.5" backspacing for 33's.

How wide the rims are will make a difference too. An 8" wide rim with 4" of backspacing will put the tire a full inch inside of where the same tire would be on a 10" wheel with 4" of backspacing. And the general rule of thumb is to have the rim 2" narrower than the tire (although that's not cast in stone).
