Hello,
New to me 2014 E350. I want to pull the engine cover but it appears I have to first remove the Driver's Side knee bolster. No idea how it attaches - any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
John

I did a quick search, John, no joy. 2014 owner's manual was zero help.
MOST of the new dash stuff is clips on the cars, with vans it may be different. GENTLY tugging on it might show clip locations? jim
Thanks for taking the time to look this up. I have searched the web, read my owner's manual, looked at the Clymer's (I think it's Clymer's) repair manual....nada. I will take your advice and look for some clips. I can't imagine this is terribly difficult but I really don't want to break something in the process if figuring out how this works.
Thanks again,
John
by gripping them from the bottom edge, pulling them out toward you with a firm jerk. Lay them on top of the dash out of the way. Release the four clamps holding the cover to the body. Lift up on the bottom rear of the cover and pull it back a few inches then tilt the top of the cover backwards and lift the cover up while rotating it backward and remove it over the passenger seat and out of the door... yes, on the passenger side. I dont kjnow how much different a 2002 is from your 2012 but i found this for a 2002
"Remove the left and right lower dash panels by gripping them from the bottom edge, pulling them out toward you with a firm jerk. Lay them on top of the dash out of the way. I do not.. Wait,, Just to the left of the "dash panels" was a litle orange and black square. I clicked on it and it and it took me to a Amazon page selling Kawasaki dash panel air intake covers. Now that I have clicked on it and returned, I see the words "dash panel" highlighted in bold blue.
OOPS edit, and after posting edited post, I see the little square again. SO yes it is an add.
