Cool 1999 E-150 Vacuum Reservoir rubber connectors collapsed and falling apart...

There are three vacuum lines that run down to three metal ports on the passenger side of the engine and then down into some kind of box under the passenger seat. I noticed two of the three prongs were seriously deteriorated and collapsed and further down the line there are more rubber connectors that have collapsed. Could this cause a vacuum issue? What exactly is the vacuum reservoir supposed to do? How bad is this? And what part do I need to replace those rubber vacuum connector pieces?

I had this issue myself. I looked for a new one at Ford. They no longer make this "vacuum harness". I took mine off the engine and labeled it. Then went to Napa and got some rubber hose for each of the three ports. I have since gone to the junkyard and I have three complete vacuum harnesses.

Were you experiencing a vacuum leak as a result or did you catch it in time? Any symptoms at all?

My engine has a miss, only when warmed up, could that be it, other than coils, I have no codes, just guessing, and I know there is a vacuum issue due to the vents going to default/defrost under heavy throttle.
