Cannot believe I am asking this......

Yeah, so, I am pretty mechanically inclined and thus have spent a lot of time searching for parts on the web and in brick and mortar stores. One part that has eluded me is a damn steering wheel cover that will actually fit my stock 2011 F250.

I don't want one of the ones you have to stitch/lace up because I suck at stuff like that and it will look like dooty when I am done.

So, where can I source one that is not going to break the bank and actually fit on this darn steering wheel? I've ordered 2 'universal fit' and one 'large' and they all were still far too small even if warmed in the sun and yanked upon to try to get them over the steering wheel.

I have a Harley Davidson rubber cover on my 2014. It was a real SOB to stretch over, but it finally went. I think that I let it lie on the dash in the sun with the windows closed for about half a day to get it stretch far enough.

I believe all universal ones require a lot *** to get it to fit over the steering wheel. Than again im sure that they're designed to fit extremely snug so they don't slip on the wheel.

tsw902 is correct. I put a Ford Racing universal cover on mine and I had to stretch the **** out of it to get it to fit. I can assure you one thing, that cover will NOT slip and if it needs to be removed it'll probably have to be cut off.

Check with some local auto upholstery shops. They may be able to do a basic leather (or other material) wrap and stitch it up properly without charging you and arm and a leg.

Years ago I used one of those lace-up covers. Thought I was going to tear every hole out of it to get it on. It never tore and the lacing never broke. It did look good and fit great when I was done...go figure.
