I've searched on here for a while and really can't find anything about the sunroofs on these trucks. Might works just fine(for now that i said that). but the headliner around it is starting to change colors and feel alittle damp. I need to make sure the drains are clear. But i want to find out if i can just pull the glass out to replace the seal without messing up the tracks or anything else. seems like everyone wants to do it themselves but ends up taking it to the dealer and spending 2k.
I have not had a problem with mine therefore have not had reason to tear into it... I've resealed and replaced hardware on other vehicles. They really weren't bad to work on...

I can if you want post the PDFs from the Workshop Manual.
I have had other Fords have leaked and all I needed to do was
blow the drains out. You need compressed air and lots of it, The
drains run down the pillars and sometimes shrink a bit and pop
apart and also give you a wet spot but what your saying sounds
more like an over flow leak.
Let me know if you want the PDFs and I need to know what year your working on.
