ID Needed
This is a 73 HB Ranger this truck has some features that I cant find. One is the trim, wheel well trim is correct but side trim I cant find--is the trim off like 71 or 72. Like to find NOS or at least Made in the USA, there is only one chineese part on this truck a V/R that says Motorcraft and it goes in the trash soon as I find NOS or Made in USA.

That's the narrow trim, most common is the wide trim with the vinyl insert. I'll see if I can dig up some part numbers today for you.
As for the voltage regulator. NPD has an exact made in USA reproduction of the original mechanical regulator. Page 157 of their catalog.
