Replacing Steering Column

My old steering column is shot. It wobbles in all directions. I got a rebuilt column in yesterday. I took the old one out today. Behind the steering wheel is a plastic part. The part that butts up to the steering column has three circular tracks that three pins go into. Is this piece part of the steering wheel? I want to replace the steering wheel anyways. If it isn't, will I be able to find it? Are OE steering wheels available for the OBS? I have cruise control, no air bag.

Yes, that 3 rail track bolts on the steering wheel. It is part of the horn contact and cruse control. There are new OBS steering wheels listed on EBay.

I couldn't find a new OBS steering wheel, so I ordered a used one. I got a few other , related parts. The little bracket for the shift indicator broke. I should have milled myself a new one, but I bought one off eBay. These parts should trickle in for the next week.
