Cool running engine

My 93 ford f 150 inline six is running really cool
And stalls when I get to a stop sign.
Can someone give me some insight on where to start looking for the problem?
I would appreciate any info you guys have.
You guys helped me when it was running hot lol so I know you guys can help me out here

The gauges are hardly more than improved idiot lights. A mechanical gauge is needed to clearly define what temps your engine is generating.

Or, go by a mechanics shop and borrow their hand held infrared thermometer. Point it at the thermostat housing and get a good read. You said you previously were experiencing over heating problems. Did you replace the thermostat? It is possible the thermostat has failed and is stuck in the open position.
