I'd bet it's the ignition module on the side of the distributor. It's very common for these to just go dead on the 1991 and older Fords with the module on the side of the distributor. You need a special tool to remove and reinstall the ignition module, available at many auto parts stores.
A little hard to say. Maybe the TFI (ICM) module mounted on the side of the distributor or the PIP (pick-up) sensor in side the distributor.
You might also try pulling the SPOUT shorting bar jumper out and see if spark returns. It is mounted just below or near the distributor.
Will either of these two parts stop me form getting spark out of the coil and stop my fuel pump from kicking on? Or can both of these parts stop me from getting spark out of coil and power up my pumps?? I do have power up to my coil and both EEC and fuel pump relays are clicking

If just one, either the PIP or the ignition module, is bad you will get no spark from the coil. I,d fix that first off.
If you are hearing the fuel pump relay click and neither fuel pump is running then you have a problem with one of the following:
1. Fuse link at the starter relay on the fender.
2. Bad wiring under the fuel pump relay.
3. Bad fuel pump relay.
4. Bad fuel pump cutoff (Inertia) switch.
5. Bad selector switch on the dash.
6. Bad plugs or wiring to the fuel pumps from the selector switch.
7. Bad fuel pumps.
8. Bad fuel pump ground at the radiator support.
9. Bad Body ground.

Are you saying you hear the fuel pump relay & the power relay click when the key is turned to the run position. Then the fuel pump relay clicks again one second later as it drops back out and you never herd the fuel pumps run for this one second?
