Hey Koldham!!
Hugh is the junk yard guru on here.
Mowed grass around the homestead yesterday afternoon, nothing exciting. In 2 more weeks we are taking a short vacation to the beach and I can't wait.

Welcome Koldham !
As you can see Hugh is the junk yard guru on here. I am under control of the box on the porch disease for now but I will have a flair up again. I have to fix the AC on the daughters mustang and then our vacation to the beach in 2 weeks then all will be good again.

What in the world is going on? It didn't show my original post and now I have a double post.

I second that about Hugh, He is the yard guru.

Now, don't forget to undo a bolt what ever you do. Just because it had harnesses covering it up is no excuse

No I put it on the back burner for right now. I am going to change the fluid and filter and add an auxiliary cooler and see how she acts before I call it dead. We went ahead and reserved a room on the beach with a balcony.

Never have been a camping type, my idea of ruffing it was always staying at a Holiday Inn with a black & white TV. Either way, I know you will have a great time Chief.

The wife and I started out tent camping but being in the Army and " camping " so much over the years I quickly decided that was not very fun. We rented a popup one time and it was better but that led to getting the motorhome. I like Rving the best.

The things that slow us down when going anywhere is having to stop to eat, getting drinks and bathroom breaks. With a motorhome I have all those covered and can limit the number of stops. An added bonus is that military campgrounds are usually half the price of regular campgrounds. I'm too old to sleep on the ground anymore too.

The wife is OK with the idea of getting a newer rig in a year or two. In about 2 years we want to do a big Florida trip to Walt Disney World and the area, so that would be a perfect time to get a rig with at least one slide and a little bigger. Bush Hogged the pasture and did a good vacuum of the pool. The day has really flown by today.

Finally had a successful weekend. got the first coat of primer on the bed on Friday. Saturday put on a little glazing putty, wet sanding, and another coat of primer.

One more step closer to paint.

On top of that, I got the yard work completed last night. Now for my day of rest, and back to the grind tomorrow.
