P0705 code bad range sensor?

So I scanned my truck again with all the weird idling I'm getting on a cold start. I received a p0705 code, don't quite know what that means. But I did check out the code and it seems to lead to transmission range sensor. Would a bad TRS cause weird idling? My truck also will downshift on its own like there is an exhaust brake on my truck. Thanks again.

Try starting in N to see if it stops idling funny. If so replace TRS

Started it in neutral, still the same
