61 Headlite Door

61 Headlite Door

I usually hang out at the 48-56 forum and the 67-72 forum. But today I have a question for you guys. I bought some NOS stuff. I have a headlite door with the part number C1TZ-13064-A. This tells me it is for a 61 truck. It is aluminum with black paint around the headlight opening. Here is a pic:

My question is this. When I look on ebay for others like this or in Dennis Carpenters website all I see are the polished stainless ones. Was the polished stainless ones for a Custom Cab and the aluminum/painted ones for standard cabs? Or are they only reproducing the shiny ones for more bling?

Or is my piece not for a 61 truck? Thanks!

I have a right side painted head lamp door with the part number: C1TZ-13064-A

1961 F750 before serial number 170,001 / 1961/69 F800/1100 & T700/950 / 1963/69 N/NT500/1100.

C1TZ-13064-A application pics: Upper: 1961/63 / Lower: 1964/69.
