Location of Brake Controller Plug
My 1994 F250 came with the factory installed towing package. Where is the plug for the brake controller. There is one just under the dash in the center (i.e. over the tranny hump) but I am not sure if this is for the controller or something else. Does anyone know where the plug is? Help!

I just put one in my 93. They changed things around a bit in 94, but I think the location is the same. You are correct. It should be visible just under the ash tray, should have 4 wires leading to it. In my search I found that most places offered a pigtale to fit a 94 and later. Luckily I found one for my 93. They are supposedly hard to come by.
