What throttle position sensor fits on the injection pump on the 6.9?
If you're trying to do something computerized, you'd probably best just rig up a variable resistor or rotary encoder. The 6.9 and 7.3 pumps are identical, so you could use a TPS from a E4OD, it's an electrical unit. The 6.9s all had c6 transmissions, which use a vacuum regulator valve attached to the shaft.

There is only one magnet - inside the sensor itself. It creates a pulse for every tooth on the gear.
The gear rotates at cam speed, or 1/2 of crank speed. The gear has 106 teeth, so you need to divide by 53 to get 1 pulse/rev.
The TPS for the 7.3 fits there. There are no magnets on the pump gear, the tach sensor reads the teeth on the gear. It spins at half crank speed, 106 teeth I believe.
